About Ocean Canyon Properties
Ocean Canyon Properties, Inc. mission is to provide private, “care-free”, vacation and recreation opportunities to families in North America. We implement this mission through the dedication and commitment of our staff to meet the needs of our members.
Ocean Canyon Properties is a “members only” system of RV resorts that offer RV sites, cabins, and cottages, with private resort amenities. All of our resorts are situated in beautiful recreational areas, with popular nearby destinations. Our resorts have secured access, insuring, a safer, more family friendly atmosphere than public RV parks. In addition to RV spaces, our resorts feature cabins and cottages as part our membership packages.
Our resorts facilities include golf, tennis, fishing, as well as swimming pools. We have planned activities for the whole family as well as dining and entertainment facilities.
We have a dedicated, experienced staff whose main purpose is to insure that our members have the best possible experience while staying at our resorts.
In addition to our home resorts, OCP provides access for our member to over 300 exclusive membership resorts around the country. So whether you want to spend time at your OCP home resort or travel the country staying at reciprocal private membership RV resorts, you’ll enjoy the exclusive privileges of your OCP membership.
Experience
The Ocean Canyon Properties executive team has been involved in the membership resort business for over 30 years. Together they have over 50 years of combined senior management experience in owning, operating membership resort resorts on a national basis. The Ocean Canyon team is dedicated to building and maintaining the best membership RV resort system in the country.
Amenities
Our resorts feature swimming pools, hiking trails, club houses, function facilities, lakes, golf, fishing, boating, tennis, playgrounds, teen centers, and laundry facilities. RV sites offer electrical, water, and sewer connections, some with barbeque pits and grills, restroom and shower facilities. Our cabins and cottages feature kitchens, television and some accommodations sleeping up to eight people.
