    As new RV owners will Ocean Canyon Properties (OCP) provide assistance in helping us with our RV?

  • Yes. OCP’s staff will be glad to provide our members with:

  • Light mechanical and/or electrical help
  • Navigating into a site
  • Help setting up your awning
      Do sites have full hookups?
  • Yes, in most cases.
      Do you have 50 amp electrical sites?
  • Yes, in most cases we have 50 amp sites available on a first-come first-serve basis.
      Do you have planned activities?
  • Yes. There are planned activities for all ages, including special themed weekend activities. Members are notified of these activities from our newsletter, on our website, or when they check-in.
      Are pets allowed?
  • Yes, we love our friendly creatures, but they must be kept on a leash.
      How many people are allowed to stay in RV space?
  • We allow up to 8 people maximum.
      How many private resorts will our OCP membership provide us access to?

      Do reservations have to be made in advance? How do I book?
