It’s winter RV season at OCP with all kinds of activities planned at our resorts for your pleasure! With 8 different resorts all across the Southeast, we will always have something going on this winter!
For the NFL fans, come eat some incredible food at the Greenside Grill at Millwood Landing while you enjoy the games, which are played all day on Sunday! Abita Springs has a New Orleans Saints tailgating party every day the Saints are playing. Abita Springs also has some great Christmas activities planned for this year, including a Santa Relay Race, Christmas Eve potluck, and a New Years Eve party! As this is being written, it is a beautiful 70 degrees in Abita Springs, so you can follow the summer south and stay warm during the cold months.
If you love food, Tres Rios has the RNO Shootout coming up December 13-14. Tons of people will be getting together hoping that their smoked meats will bring home the big trophy! We would love for you to join us to test out the contestant’s food to see if they have what it takes to win big. This is going to be a ton of fun, so make sure to call us for reservations that weekend so you don’t miss out on all the great food.
To get you in the holiday spirit early, Mountain Lakes will be having a Christmas potluck December 14th and will be providing a Christmas ham. Bring a dish to share and you will be sure to make a lot of new friends. Mountain Lakes is also having a chili cook-off January 11th. We know that you have a great recipe, so make sure to come stay with us and share it with everyone! Don’t worry, your secret ingredients need not be revealed!
If you have a sweet tooth, Millwood Landing is having a dessert party and gift swap on December 21st. Make sure to bring a gift worth $5-$10 to the swap as well as a dessert to share with everyone.
